Taylor Swift vs CSG

Swifties win. TK’s afraid and forced to drop RTO so he can hide at home for the day. Think of all the productivity loss with nobody in the office, or not. IT will be installing extra trackers and forcing more frequent Okta sign outs to check that... — read more

Lawyer world

Due to a possible restructuring, one or more person's positions may or may not have been impacted. If such an event did occur, they may or may not be allowed to disparage the company at which they were hypothetically employed. In such a theoretical... — read more

Bonus preview - screwed again

Not sure how many of you TIBCO people have heard about what CSG is doing to our bonuses. It was discussed yesterday in the all-managers call. Management and the board have decided to award us 53% of the target bonus. You read that right: 53% of our... — read more

Media not sharing the full story

What media has failed to cover is that Cloud Software group has been executing a series of layoffs. A 60% Marketing cut in July, a business developer cut a month following, additional cuts in December, and now this 15% layoff. There was also a... — read more

Just got my golden ticket invite to the layoff webinar. Good luck to all that are affected and hope you either have something lined up already or have something in the works soon.

Fearless “Absentee” Leader

Has anyone heard from our fearless leader in the last few weeks or over a month by now? Don’t think the transparency he preached in the beginning is working out well. Curious when the big cut is coming. I’ve heard anywhere from 1/9-10 to 1/23 but... — read more

More cuts in marketing

More cuts will be made in marketing. Product marketing at BU level was safe so far but this is no longer the case. TK’s plan doesn’t need a marketing team so expect more cuts.

Citrix brethren: take your PTO right now!

The just announced plan to convert Citrites to the Flex Time Off plan is a theft of wages imo. I am from the TIBCO side and a little peeved about the canceled shutdown but I could kind of get it. But this PTO to FTO transition where they expect... — read more

What's the plan?

How will it work come Dec 1st when new jobs go into effect and layoffs haven't been announced? Talk about awkward... When are things going to happen?

Get out while you can

Working for TIBCO has become a nightmare with a much higher workload for the same pay and toxic management. All the good ones are gone. I envy those that have left…

Dystopian nightmare to work for

The management is actually taking advantage of the situation because they know that for many it is not easy to find a new job right now and therefore they are afraid of losing their jobs here. Overwhelming amounts of work, shorter than ever... — read more

Stressful

The water torture continues as we wait to see who is going to have a job. I know, they're busy planning while TK micromanages the entire process because he is such a business genius.

Ruined a good company

Tibco used to be a great company. Dan streetman ran it very well and the leadership was phenomenal. Then Tom Krause came in and screwed it up. Never seen a profitable company gutted by a mo--n like this before. He better hope this is his last job as... — read more

Tibco has changed too much

Now add Citrix into the mix (I've been on their page and I found nothing good) and I don't want to be here anymore. Had they offered voluntary buyouts, I'd have accepted. Chances are that I wouldn't have been the only one. That would have been a much... — read more

So... what?

A few considerations to make after this funereal all hands. Patronizing people to return to office because "it's better for them", while being a person that prides himself on making data-driven decisions, tells me this fellow doesn't have much of a... — read more

What a difference

TIBCO had a great CEO in Dan Streetman. To go from that to this complete AS----E is really disheartening. I can't wait to get out.

Tibco in Seattle?

Can anybody tell me if Tibco still has an office in Seattle? Google shows one on Westlake but when I went there I couldn't find the directory showing the names of tenants in the building.
