Palo Alto HQ closing in 2021, along with other offices in the U.S.
They have already disabled keycards for employees who don't need to be there anymore. It sounds like they may be shifting to various co-working spaces next year if staff meetings require a common space to gather.
Unusual turnover
I don’t know if it’s just my area of the business but I’ve been seeing an unusual amount of turnover within the last 9 months. I do not understand what is going on. It’s daunting to realize there are many who would leave - especially during a surging... — read more
Do you regret leaving?
Not sure I'll get any responses to this, but I'll try. Those who have left the company on your own in the past few months, how are you doing right now? Any regrets? I've been thinking of leaving for a while now but I'm still scared of ending up in a... — read more
Anyone know how TIBCO treats employees from acquired companies?
I work for Information Builders (TIBCO's soon to be acquisition). Wonder what happens to us? Anyone know how TIBCO treats employees from acquired companies?
Did anything happen?
What happened with supposed 12/04 layoffs? I haven't heard anything, and one would think that a layoff that large would not go unnoticed.
Are you prepared?
Tibco is known for having layoffs in the first week of December and I don't think this year will be any different. As a matter of fact, I'm rather certain this year will be worse than any before courtesy of the pandemic. I hope everybody is prepared... — read more

How many have been laid off in the last few days?
Is it just me or does this seem to be a larger wave and not the usual "a few people here and there" thing? And do we have any idea how long this will last? Being this stressed out so close to Christmas really s—s. I think it's really cruel to... — read more

I am not aware of any restructuring or redundancies. Tibco is doing well and there are no layoffs in 2019 so far. I hope it stays this way.
Another layoff impending?
No mid year performance review yet. What is happening? Does anyone know if there will be another layoff?
High school atmosphere
