We've turned into one of the most disorganized companies I can think of. How we're staying afloat is beyond me.

Now that I’m leaving, I wonder why this company has fallen so much from the glorious old days. Where did it actually go wrong?

Our fearless CIO announced today they are outsourcing almost the entire operations team. Good luck getting any support for your apps or computers now.
