Nitrile gloves

My region has stopped buying nitrile gloves when the company's policy and federal law mandate that they are provided! I was told it was a cost cutting measure. If you're cutting out gloves from the budget sounds like the company is circling the drain!

This is true. Stores are blocked from ordering these. We were told Fresh Market cutbacks. Too exspensive.
We have to use clear and they are awful when cutting produce, picking chicken, bulk candy and making deli salads.
Hingham store out smarted corporate. We go to Restaurant Depot and buy Nitrile and company ends up paying for them anyway.

I was told that it was because counter people were using the nitrile gloves and not the clear plastic lunch lady gloves and it was getting costly. So, they just stopped buying them! It's not just about the cross contamination it's also the chemicals we use! Nothing like using block whitener with bare hands!
