And It’s only a matter of time before the company starts to suffer the consequences of those outdated practices. The employees sure as hell are already feeling all the negative effects of how things are done here. No wonder nobody is progressing at this company, given that hard work of an individual cannot be seen due to chronic disorganization. For example, if I do my part of the work ahead of time and thoroughly, that could never be seen in the end as the next person in line will “take his time” and still do a lousy job. We can blame the company culture, certain individuals, the management, but one thing's for sure: at a serious company things can't stay like this for long, at least not without suffering negative impacts.
