It’s very political here at Woodward.
Several members of senior management lineup are not well prepared to execute and deliver value to the shareholder – they are only in their current position because they play well politically.
Many mgrs. are ignorant, unprepared, aggressive and rude to their employees.
The top management of Woodward is aware of this, but it is only about the final company numbers.
HR does not seem to exist when it comes to ensuring the safety of the work environment of employees that’s sad!
Layoffs happen, but not that often. It’s not a big problem here but it may become.
Many work here just to milk the system, I know one manager that leaves around 2 pm every day, spends 2 hours out working out and comes back around four just to check out. What kind of time theft that is???
