Apparently frac and coil hands were laid off in the middle of the job. Anyone have details?

So ALL their frac and coil hands got laid off ? Or just some ? Assuming all got laid off in the middle of a job , who finished the job ?
Sh–tiest management I’ve worked. Blessing in disguise being laid off. Stay safe everyone.
Our HR department is a joke.
If Mr rod lewis himself would of known on how his frac personnel were just bullied by its management hw would have definently sweeped out his frac management. Never a positive thing with them. Always kept peoples morals down and uncomfortable to work. Never had open communication and always looking to discipline thinking that those things gave management themselves power but the only thing it have them was lost of respect and trust! Couldnt go ro HR because somehow management would find out about it.
Management was never really on their workers side, they always found a way to keep eberything from them and yet expect more than 110%! Nothing was ever good enough for them. No appreciation was ever showed and only focused on finding the negative things to chew their own people's a–! Lack of leadership from management that preached it so much but never showed it themselves. What they needed to do was a sweep of management instead of messing with the people in the field that actually kept things in order and 100!
