Sometimes I think it'd be good to be laid off from this place considering it's a dead end job anyhow. Any kind of career growth is pretty much impossible and the pay certainly doesn't make up for it. This is especially true when you think about all the work pressure we are subjected to every single day.
I think new employees are in just as bad shape with even lower pay (I didn't think it possible) and no training whatsoever.
Right now, anything seems like a preferable alternative to this place.
