Why would anyone choose to stay with this company ? Weak Management at all levels, nothing innovative in any decision making, no strategy for growth, everything reactivate nothing proactive, someone needs to turn the lights off on their way out.

RL knows how to spend his way to failure. The details behind his rise make sense. For OII to survive, he and some of his boys must exit. They are laying off all of the people with the intelligence innovation and experience to be part of survival. They had the money to endure but looks like it has been wasted.
Sounds about right.
RL was a failed Wire Line exec at BH who left because he felt he got passed over. Truth is he was never even under consideration. Fortunately for RL Huff and the OII C-suite and BOD were the s—ers who took him off BHs hands. They’re grateful. RL had no plan to diversify OII when he took the job and he has idea how to turn it around now.
Looks like layoffs are starting. It may not be a choice for many. Sad .
I’m out. I’ve tried to stay positive and hope that I can make it through to the other side, but I’m done. I have zero confidence in the managers above me.
And the common denominator is RL & the herds people from BH.
