I was laid off 4-3-20 and was told a second person was too and that is was company wide.

In the office I worked in, it appears they targeted those employees that were at, or near retirement age. All the talk about how great an employee was, or how valuable a person was, was just that, talk. They lost a lot of experience and knowledge, and everyone is still looking over their shoulder, wondering if they are the next one to get axed. Fidelity is a slave to its shareholders and will do anything to keep share prices from falling. As a group, the employees should change their name to "The Expendables."
any info on the next round and when that is happening? what divisions?
