Anyone have any more specific info about the MineralTree post above? Maybe legal action if true, asking for a friend.

I also heard that about MineralTree (fintech Boston). The VP of sales (40 and married) is having an affair with a 23 year old AE. The lead distribution was skewed so she would get the most lucrative deals. Terrible situation. They once even took a trip together disguised as a business trip (just the two of them).

Gave my life to them and after 13 years, they just terminated us. Not cool.

The layoffs are due to the merging of BSI and Outlet. Anywhere there was a duplicate position, one was eliminated.

The original plan was to do this in January 2021. However Covid19 accelerated this.

Look in Linked In. The layoffs seem to be from the department store side. Not outlet

So many upper level management gone. Wonder what their reasoning is, or what the plan is.

Mineraltree (fintech in Boston) laid of 20% of their staff today. My roommate was one of those impacted and mentioned that his boss was screwing one of the AE's and impacted who was let go and who stayed.
