I am a cart pusher at Sam's and apparently lunch breaks aren't allowed unless the vestibule is full. One day our cart mule was broke and we were very busy. There was only two cart pushers ( me being one of the two)out in the lot working pushing carts by hand and decided I needed a break and to eat for energy. I went in and talked to a COS(Co-Supervisor) on the front end and she told me that cart pushers are not allowed to take a lunch break until the cart vestibule is filled with carts and Flatbeds. It was impossible because our mule was broke and we were busy. I feel like this is not right to be denied a right to eat and to be worked like a slave in the heat. What Should I do?
