Have you ever looked in the mirror ? You are probably dead wood. If you've been here for 25 years you probably got nice and comfortable by transitioning to a delegator instead of a productive cog in the machine. We dont need bosses. We need production, enthusiasm and industriousness. You have to have a marine mentality. Not an entitlement complex. Upper management have made it clear they need employees that are ready to put it all on the line every day to get the projects completed in time or else your behind is out the door. The truth hurts, but now you know.
