Return To Work Process

Ambassadors –

We are excited that our Florida parks will be reopening soon and want to keep you updated on the return-to-work process.

While we are very much looking forward to your return, the first step in this process is to determine whether you feel the same. For those who have received a message from us, it is very important for you to follow all steps in the “reactivation process” as soon as possible if you wish to return. If you have not completed all steps within 48 hours, we will assume that you are no longer interested in returning. Since we only have a few weeks to staff all of our functional areas, we are unfortunately required to move very quickly. If you are not interested in returning, we would appreciate you letting us know.

During our temporary closure we updated multiple systems and processes across the company, including implementing a digital Ambassador records system and making changes to our payroll system. These systems will improve your Ambassador experience longer-term and make it easier to access records and review/approve changes going forward. However, in order to get you into this new system, it is necessary to have you complete these online steps. We are also introducing enhanced training and development throughout the organization so we are asking you to complete a short assessment to ensure that we target training and development to areas that you will find helpful. This assessment will take less than 20 minutes and it can be used by you to guide your career development in the future.

This onboarding process will not impact your tenure in any way. Everyone who returns will continue to have their original date of hire tracked as the date they started with the company for purposes of all service awards, benefits and similar matters.

Again, we hope that you will complete the re-onboarding process as quickly as possible We know this has been a challenging chapter, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We can’t wait to “SEA” you again very soon!
