Is this going to be an interesting year as it relates to United Technologies layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

There is a comment on the collins Layoff page regarding an announcement for 2022 layoffs and salary reduction of up to 20%, but when asked where they heard or saw this no additional comments have been offered so as of right now it’s unconfirmed. That said however, the earnings call takes place tomorrow morning and I’m wondering if these aren’t leaks from planned announcements either during or after that call
