What assanine person came up with staff cuts. Now if I can get ahold of my Dr. Or sons Dr. It takes half my day on phone. The med refills take forever due to having 1 nurse. The reception was busy before this. Now they're slammed. I love cottage hospital but enough is enough. If you don't fix this I will be forced to go back to my Dr who left because of this cr-p. My family all feel the same.
