Intuitive has always laid people off under the radar - not usually based on economics or market performance. They will leverage the broader economic sentiment and drop the hammer on employees they've been seeking to eliminate, regardless of employee performance. It's the "perfect" time and they have a ready-made excuse to perform their natural selection and shortcut around their own purported human resources policies (and state and federal employment law). Don't get too comfortable!
