Do you think there will be Xylem layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Layoffs have started. Some offices losing 25% of workforce. Management blows, and no managers will be let go. Only worker bees are walked out. The inverted pyramid is falling apart in real time.
It sure feels like it. No manager interaction. No work. No direction.
