I’ve never worked for an organisation where I feel nothing, except Cargill. I wasn’t around in the good days but what I see is leaders that don’t care. The strategy is copy and paste of best practices but easy to see why not successful. No authenticity in this place. Senior leaders change their position on matters all the time. Values mean nothing.
This is not a place I’d recommend to anyone. People here are disposable more so than worse places I worked at

As a front line supervisor I couldn't disagree more.
The bad part was having a third party review the employee/ jobs list and they gave name of people to layoff. They did not even as immediate managers if there were people willing to take the layoff, thus causing even more stress for all . Your immediate managers did not even know if one of there employees was picked til after the employee was told. So cold.. so impersonal. Sad Cargill just the way and who did it , You said you knew you would make mistakes along the way, well Brain Sikes, you failed your people no matter how good of a severe package you gave. 20+ year employee still working giving this comment.
The leaders arent leaders. They are managers who boot lick their managers. They dont know a thing about leadership. Their lives are work focused, which is why they are losers. Chubby beta men and leftist women.
