Sikes' tear at the December town hall the week after the blood bath was AWESOME! Did he cry for the fired employees? No. Did he cry for the ones picking up more work? He-l no. He cried because the executive team had to make tough decisions (McKinsey actually) about who to fire. Boo hoo.

You didn’t hear about the wage fixing suit? $30 million dollar settlement. You don’t settle if you’re innocent and it would take many legal defense hours to reach thirty mil.
Brian will. He’s the most inauthentic, so modulating between tears and tough a-s is on brand.
So true all fakers and caricatures of inept corporate in action! All the while making life at Cargill unbearable for those who know what a productive environment is. By the way is productively still Null who actually does any thing that’s useful round here other than talking and pushing paper
These townhalls are disgusting, ridiculous and patronizing! Tunned in for 5 min and left the meeting. Resumes are being sent out every day! At this point any job will do as long as I don't have to endure this circus any longer!!! Nauseating!
These people are like a caricature of corporate dullness. There is no real emotion whatsoever. Maybe just some fear…
No tears, theyve moved on and are laughing about everything. Flying around burning jet fuel. Ready to get back to work early after xmas break...really? Your life is so dull you want to get back to work? I cant wait to leave this place...full of losers.
Whomever has the script that says 'lip quiver / crocodile tears' of course.
The Town Hall is 100% staged and scripted and probably rehearsed the night before. Employee questions are pre-selected and pre-answered. They say they took our questions -and yes they did, but they are really just doing their own narrative on what THEY want to answer. This whole pre-scripted production could be an email.
Putting Employees last-
Putting the Cargill Family in expensive sports cars first!
Maybe the one that was responsible for cargill getting sued for price fixing and millions in settlements? Or maybe the Mr. People First?
I wouldn’t believe a word they say. In any case, it’s been scripted by external PR vendor. Their people first commitment is the biggest lie of it all. Ask those that have been laid off
