It won’t work
It will costs more (the layoff ripple effect that is) as no solid logic behind it
They don’t won’t to admit as they paid millions to consultants
‘Shifting things around’ isn’t smart when you haven’t found a smarter way of doing it
It the same du-b leaders in charge. Those that are not having any impact so why do they think suddenly they can wave the magic wand?
What a joke of an organisation
You have nothing on your competition and are a dinosaur that will not adapt
You will disappear in obscurity while innovative players led by smart people will thrive
That is all

I would never use the word hate but I’m hating everything about Cargill right now especially how they treat people
Plants is something else. But the work of the other office roles will have to go to external consultants which is way more costly, or other employees who will end up stressed and u productive. The point is change the system not play around with bits here and there to keep up appearances while messing peoples livelihoods
Cutting corporate office jobs often makes a lot of sense. Way too many people who dont actually contribute to the bottom line. Unfortunately they also took out plant jobs that do contribute, while keeping all the same higher paid corporate buffoons in executive positions. This is where it fails. Same executives will get nothing done. One of the mo--ns talked about doubling in size in a townhall...which is the same nonsense they said 10 years ago. Have we doubled? No. But the plan is still to double? Ya ok genuis.
They are in it for themselves. As long as they have a job that’s all they care about. The family needs to wake up and smell the coffee as the entire Cargill culture is a big fail, the leadership just keep the dinosaur sleeping for selfish reasons.
