Thread regarding Publicis layoffs

Epsilon under continued investigation

Since fining Epsilon for $150 million dollars and putting a couple of their sales leaders in jail, Epsilon continues to be investigated.

The targets are product, sales and techies. Particularly, folks who have been in the company for 15-25 years and scamming the system from inside. A few took early retirement to avoid getting caught, but they will get caught too. The biggest culprits are in the Westminster, CO and Irving, TX offices.

There will be more fines and jail time soon.

No wonder, senior leadership is cutting their losses by delaying raises. They are desperately trying to sell off the division, but most buyers are worried about more skeletons in their closet.

Leave this please while you still have time

@hj+1jj0yc739 they all depend on each other for data. Most folks are good and many of them possibly don't even know about these legal issues. It's never discussed in town halls. So they keep on working with their heads down. Those who do know don't talk about it so that they don't lose their jobs. And pretty sure there are few who are still mis-using the data that they can access for their personal gains.

The whole business paradigm of collecting personal data and targeting them with ads and social manipulation is evil.

Don't think anyone will shut them down or even reform them in the current polity climate.

Epsilon just needs to shed its useless and borderline criminal groups and can survive as a whole. Or is the whole org like that?

Ooh. It will be so much fun to see more of the Abacus Alliance old guard ( mafia ? ) going to jail. Couldn't be happening to better people.

All the leaders are hiding.

They are going down the org chart, past and present. People are being "deep scanned".

Whistleblowers will be protected.

My lips are sealed.

No one is going to buy this sh-t and take on the legal liabilities in the millions, maybe billions.

This company has done irreparable harm to the industry and the people of this country.

Shut this down!
