This is in no way a shocker. Sadly the short staffing of nurses and technicians only affect patient outcomes.
Healthcare cannot be a business when human lives are at stake. All of endeavor has been short staffed for a while.
Many employees quit to protect their licenses with such an absurd patient to nurse ratio.
