Why Aren't The Field Executive VPs Ever Held Accountable ?

Golatt, Gregory, Johnson, Bailey. They were all hand picked by Severin. They were intimately involved in decisions to move to OMNI FIS & to restructure the field to disasterous outcomes. Sales is down 50%. Asset Retention is down over 100%. Missed sales and asset retention goals for years. They have no transferable skills. They rarely visit clients. More rarely attend any final presentations. Do not train or coach. They only thing they do is ask: 1) Has the transfer letter been sent 2) When is the wire coming in 3) Can we get an exception from Conway. All of this for $350K each per year in comp ! All they do is practice one sided communication and bark orders. They don't roll up sleeves and get dirty. Many people who have been laid off lost trust in them. The people remaining think they are deadwood. You can't just fire low level employees Rich, Conway and the Board. Morale is k-i-l-l-e-d when you don't fire people at the top of the food chain. They add no value ! It's time to save over $1M per year and let them go ! They can take their $2M lump sums and go into the sunset. Do the right thing and let them go.

The previous poster claims Golatt was already going to retire in March ? Mmmm. So, why didn't they let him retire in March then ? Because they forced him out to "retire" early. Don't gaslight us. We are not that stupid.

The Firm doesn't need Field Executive VPs anymore. The supposed 12 remaining RVPs are allegedly strong. They can all report directly to Conway. Get rid of them and replace them with 2 Admin Assistants like Morgan Pase, pay them $100K, and they can ask the GAR and RVP: 1) What's the status on the sale ? 2) What is your next move ? 3) Has the transfer letter been sent ? 4) Do you need an exception from Conway/Kenny Powers 4) When is the wire coming in ? 5) Has the money hit and been applied ? Schit, they pay this clowns $350,000.00 per year just for this ? WTF. They is f-up'ed. Get rid of the deadwood and save some $$$$

Golatt was already retiring at the end of March. This was well in the works. He was not fired like the recent posts seem to suggest. Whatever lobbying you think you have done for him to retire is a falsehood. The company is not replacing key positions for obvious reasons. The restructuring of the field no longer requires more than 2 EFVPs, irrespective of what you think of the remaining 2.

The lobbying on this forum has worked ! One of the Field EX VPs has been held accountable. Golatt has 'retired' after 34 years. That's to your service Ty. The remaining two clowns and goons remain. Troy 'Chrome Dome' Johnson and Ivan "the terrible Gomer Pyle" Gregory remain. Once those two bozos are canned, then that full accountability in my book. Good riddance.

Welll, there down to 2 EVPs now, and only 12 RVPs. Golatte is gone, and the rest of the country is split betewwn Ivan and Troy. More carnage left as Festog and Greeds legacy. Those poor nonprofit clients will have nowhere to turn. What a mess.

Replying to:
Losing McManus would be tough on the company. Getting rid of Moriarity who blocks everything and is reactionary would cause "singing from the rafters" and the The Firm may shut down at 3 pm that declare and declare mandatory happy hour. I'd drink to that !

Moriarity's expertise was supposedly crucial. How did his guidance contribute to the service centralization failure?

Wasn't Moriarity the driving force behind identifying and transferring all service tasks to the centralized unit? Were all the jobs they did moved or were other departments left not knowing where to go? Total failure.

It seems a performance review for all EVPs, including Moriarity, is overdue. A reevaluation of their roles and contributions is necessary.

Rich and The CHRO "lack the gonads" to get rid of these clown Field Executive Presidents. If I was CEO, they be the first ones canned along with clowns Moriarity and McManus. The "M&M Boys" as they are affectionally called while we are in the bathroom stalls shooting and smelling the schitty breeze, are no "Mantle & Marris." Those two goon clowns have got to be sent to Dannamora.

The company can't just fire the people at the bottom of the food chain. The worker bees. The low paid and the powerless. The decision makers at the top like these clown goon Field EVPs like Johnson, Golatt, Gregory, and invisible man Bailey gotta go. We need a sea change. These top of the food chain hacks have got to go. Hold them accountable. They don't do ANYTHING but look at Salesforce. Shoot, we now have AI and we can hire an Admin Assistant and pay them $75,000 to ask: 1) what is the status on the case 2) Do we need a rush from Conway 3) Was the transfer letter sent 4) where is the wire going to hit 5) Move the chevron to case closed. The new age Field Age Ex VPs add NO NO NO VALUE. Why are you paying them $350K EACH per year ! What a waste.

Thank you! When you look at who it makes sense to let go please start looking at the value the person brings to the company. Field EVPs came in 2008. Company was fine before them. They will be fine after them. The twelve remaining RVPs can handle communicating the wire date in Salesforce and sending in a client termination letter. We don’t need all of these executives. Please put more sense into your decisions Stephen and Tara. Really think about the work people do and if it’s worth it and how we can get by without them. Same as you do the lower level staff.
