Boss read from a script. Locked out of computer immediately. Very cold and undignified way to lay off an employee. Very unexpected. Flowers tries to get employees to believe it’s a family but is anything but. Deceptive, lazy and poor leadership at nearly all levels. The mid and lower level employees pay for the poor decisions of top leadership.
The C-suite is very poor (at best) and is only in those positions due to nepotism and the good-ole-boys network.
They have made very poor strategic and capital decisions in recent years that are decimating the company.
Flowers is a sinking ship due to these poor leaders who have no business running any organization much less a large corporation.
Sad situation all around.
