Many who have been laid off or fired recently, have posted on this site and Glassdoor. I was laid off in December and it has been devastating. I just had a new baby in September and to be canned right at Christmas was very depressing. Not that the company is hiring or anything, but I remember being in client meetings and employers would mention our poor Glassdoor and BBB ratings. One prospect told me they looked us up on Google and Glassdoor and was shocked about the culture at the company. Everyone looks at Glassdoor. Clients, employees, prospects. The entire executive team and Board should be concerned.. Problem is we never hear from our Board President or Board Members. The CHRO and Executives need to do something. Those who give a 5 star review and it is verified should be given a $1000 bonus. The ratings would go from 2.8 to 4.1 and the company would start writing a ton of new business and start attracting real talent to replace some of the goons left.

Mutual of America needs a Whistleblower and Ethics Hotline so that waste, fraud, and abuse can be reported or at the very least, have DOGE investigate the wasteful spending. The Firm lived "high off the hog" for years. Now, the "chickens are cuming home to roost." Oh well ! You get what you paid for.
Sorry about your situation getting axed, baby and all. But no one there gives a hoot about any of us. This isn’t the days of Moran, who set a tone of camaraderie and compassion. Sc-m like Favors and Moriority and Clare and Goldstein and the rest are chuckling about those whose lives were ruined by these brutal layoffs. Greed and Festog and Severin got out with their big packages, so they certainly don’t give a cr-p about you. Everyone should go on Glass door and let the world know what type of organization is left: an unfeeling, cruel, money grubbing senior execs grabbing whatever cash they can before the doors are closed by the state.
