Fitch came out on 2/5 with a no action taking on Mutual of America keeping the ratings at A- with a negative outlook. If not for the sale of 320 Park Ave, one only can speculate that Fitch may have downgraded the Firm again this time as a BBB but let's wait until next year to see if that ultimately happens. When is AM Best, Moodys, S&P, and Weiss coming out with the ratings ? I heard Weiss already has Mutual at "B" ratings.
