I know someone notified and laid off last week as well. Corp functions.
Before I left Cargill a month ago, I was told to expect another round in June 2025.

I've been through big company layoffs and re-orgs at a previous job. As someone else mentioned, it will never be "done." They may be done with the big RIFs, for now, but smaller targeted ones will still occur for the foreseeable future. This will continue until they get to a point where they say "uh oh, we don't have enough people."

Yes there will be more like in every other company. I know two people laid off last week so it continues. This is normal in my
Opinion and won’t stop soon.
Hope karma gets Cargill it’s a car crash organisation of self created complexity and pompous leaders that won’t last long in a high performing org, but last a lifetime on Cargill moving around snakes up the ladder
