How many of us will be fired or laid off to pay for this increase in pay? I have no doubt that this will result in some cuts. It's always us who end up paying for those at the top, whether it's something like this or to make up for another one of their wrong moves. It's sickening.

What’s even more sickening, is the Level 10 FAs that are not even in their office even over the recent downturns in the markets. They are FAs in our region across Champaign, Rantoul, Danville, Charleston IL that either remain on extended vacation and/or at their second residence out of state for months at the time while the BOAs deal with clients and any office fallout. Time to Goodnight some Level 10 FAs and significantly decrease overall operating expenses for Jones. Exercise the DOGE model
