John Greed

What happened to John Greed?

Did he sail into the sunset without repercussions for destroying the company?

Maybe Eddie Rabbit won the lawsuit against him and he had to move back to Philly. https://law.justia.com/cases/new-jersey/appellate-division-unpublished/2021/a0474-19.html

He’s currently balding and residing full time at his house in Avalon. Can find him most late nights at the Princeton drinking “alone” at the bar.

Severin is not 55 yet so he'll have to wait about 5 more years before he cashes in on the $350K per year. If he takes the lump sum, he'll probably walk away with over $4,000,000. Plus the 2 special deferred comp plans. Who knows if Mutual tried to claw back any of the deferred comp or had to negotiate with attorneys over that. I imagine there was a big negotiation and some type of settlement package.

Deferred Comp - not true.

Q: How much were Greed and Severin's golden parachute packages?
A: There were no golden parachute packages whatsoever.

Not in the traditional sense but they both walked away with tens of millions in their DB plans plus many many more millions in deferred compensation as a reward for completely destroying the company. They’re both sc-m, and yet they still pale in comparison to the sc-mbaggerry that is Chris Festog. I just hope they’d able to nail that piece of garbage for the raging ego-fueled incompetence. I hope he dies alone and penniless.

Make no mistake. Greed didn't "destroy the company" alone. He had help doing it. It was a group decision: Greed, Festog, Donaldson, Severin, Moriarity, Bailey, the Board of Directors. The irony is that many of this M-F-ERS are still there and have not lost their positions yet. Trump should get DOGE in there to clean the swamp at 1150 Broken Sound and 320 Park Ave

To the poster who said there were lawsuits filed by Greed and lawsuits filed against him, can you provide the case names and numbers in the various jurisdictions ? I've tried to look them up but the NY antiquated websites maintained by the Kathy Hockel administration in Albany are not turning up anything.

Speaking of Lawsuits, type in Edward Rabbitt versus John Greed and let us know your take.

There are lawsuits pending against him, and more lawsuits filed by him. Ugly personal matters as well as financial matters. One can only hope his life is as destroyed as badly as he has destroyed the company.
