Did this lawsuit against Abass Mooloo and Mutual of America Financial Group go to trial or did it settle for less than the Chubb insurance corporate insurance policy limits ? What was Mooloo sued and did the new head of the western part of the first cause this ? Let us retirees know the latest on this lawsuit.
