Used to work there and I can tell you it was not a great experience. Some managers were into waaayyyy too much detail and they wanted to control every single thing. It's hard to work like that. Aspirus was overall a good place to work for and I'd recommend it but some managers they have there are just bad. It's not like you have many options around so you have to put up with it but still, it'd be recommended if the management was to pay some attention to this. Also, they have good training programs, I am a nurse and that always helps so I can stay current.
