Attorney Secured Confidential Help for Layoffs, Demotions, & Age Discrimination

I know things feel heavy right now with the layoffs, demotions, and whispers of age discrimination. The execs might be trying to scare us into silence, but we’re stronger than that. I wasn’t personally hit by the layoffs, but watching my friends and coworkers get treated this way is unacceptable. I’m speaking up here because it’s the right thing to do, even if it puts a target on my back.

I’ve connected with an attorney who’s ready to listen to your story—for free, completely confidential. They only represent plaintiffs, so they’re on our side, not the company’s. They know time is tight and are expecting your calls. If you’re feeling stuck or scared, this is a safe step to explore your options.

@OP the firm did nothing illegal. You're just promoting an attorney that is going to grift and scam people out of $ to hear this story. Lol. The firm followed the law to the T. There was no age discrimination here. You hit a rule of 70 and got offered a retirement package. That's not age discrimination. I suggest you speak to that attorney to learn what all these big words you said mean before you try to take on one of the largest financial firms int he US. Good luck. Have you seen the EDJ legal counsel...?
