The New Emerging Challenge

the emerging new challenge with the company is that due to attrition & the loss of many, many talented employees~hiring in certain areas needs to rapidly increase problem is that outdated processes like paper withdrawals & lack of automation in call centers & in daily workflow will have created a perfect storm for the need to have more employees in certain areas even though 2,000 plans have been lost~Company doesn't want to spend more on build out of systems, platform,
technology, to make it easier for employees & clients~What they didn't realize is when u move to fis/omni + salesforce, the work loads effectively increase (not decrease) by 50%~Priorities are misplaced~problem is that in order to balance the budget due to lack of stable new revenue streams, increased client attrition, & fee compression, more cutbacks have to occur~It's a vicious cycle. Time to merge w/a tech giant in the industry to save jobs & to help our employees grow financially.

Not counting the building sale, how much did the company earn or lose in the first three quarters? And how much did the company grow or shrink?
