Apparently Optums merger went through. As Of 9/30/2026-10/30-2026 all contessa employees that for for the hospital at home program will be laid off and no job offerings for lateral moves into Optum or UHG. Some people have worked for Contessa/Amedisys for 10 years. Very sad. My heart goes out to everyone laid off
