@sn don't forget to change the batteries every 4 weeks in the listening device & move it over to the opposite corner near the wall by the window.

in the court documents to judge cohen, the defandants want to settle but moa wont give an amount so moa is stringing this along. deep pockets. the judge thinks moa has a good case. the lawyers for the defendants bobs & weaves; schuck & jives. defendants wont answer questions. delays. spoilation of evidence. it doesn't look favorable for them. Brennan the lawyer for moa is hitting it out of the park.

@ps oh the lawsuit is the least of the employees problems. Legal fees? A drop in the bucket compared to the salaries of Richie Rich, Joe Shmoe, Jason the Great, and Tara “the face of LinkedIn”. That combined with the amount of money already spent on asscenture and going to be spent on them. Employees and clients finally see what really matters and it’s not them. The place is falling apart at every seam.

@jn Sounds like someone who really, really, really wants the case to go away. Who could that be? Pretty sad defense strategy: "Hey, I know, let's post on the layoffs to get employees at Mutual upset about lawyer costs so the company will drop the case against us." Almost as brilliant as your ideas when you were still here.

@h3 both sides are not answering the interrogetories w/much of anything & gotta believe the depositions won't go much better. $2M of surplus assets wasted on this case.

@OP She and Conman were working for Sever-out while still working at and getting paid by Mutual. There is no "pleading the 5th" in this case - it isn't a criminal case.

the court costs on that suit have to be approaching $1m for mutual. the ceo will have to find a way to layoff more hard working Americans and ship more jobs to India.
