Over 100 BNS employees were given pink slips in February 2023. My daughter was one of them...she was a dedicated, long term employee. Layoffs were effective February 28th; others later this year. These were Canadian employees from across the country, an apparent result of out-sourcing to the D.Republic. There were no offers forthcoming for employment elsewhere within the bank.
