No layoffs so far, maybe they will be the TB exception! They seem to be doing well

and cr-p, i guess this means those being laid off will not see any payout of cash grants when they vest in june.
make sense. so they either warn us we're out in 60 days, or tell us we're out today and send us packing immediately with 8 weeks pay.
On that sixty day notice see this post:

hypothetically, if in California, the 60 days WARN layoff notice comes say May 10, is it correct to say the effective date of termination would be July 10? that puts us past the june 20 vesting date for cash grants. will employees still receive those grants, or does a may 10 layoff notice date make any remaining grants worthless?
EMEA leaders did an update call yesterday. Blowing smoke up the a-s of rob. Why? Who knows, didn't concentrate on the 3200 people at risk of losing heir jobs and facing a horrible work culture. Terrible leadership from Paul. He looked very nervous. He hasn't a clue what's coming next. Fully expect him to jump ship soon. Be should at least be honest with workers.
Severance depends on the laws of the country but will be moar minimal possible.
I think I read anaplan did 12 weeks
Does anyone know what the severance package would be?
Which departments will go? Predictions? HR and recryfirst obvs, but then? US downsize in general, loose Germany? Keep Inida per costs? Get rid of high earners or by department locations?
Either way it's cruel to keep people waiting.
Ah, so the Village Id--t is gone! I'm sure he was protesting the "absurd need to show profitability when things have gone so well......." ok maybe not.
Yikes Rob gone! I guess this is the start it
nothing´s on Warn for CA, so either HR is totally fumbling or were months out from it
And now the CEO is gone...
Friday came and went.
Nothing happened.
They can't ride it out with the amount of debt Coupa is carrying and facing another year of a slowing economy and recession.
Rumors of a massive layoff this Friday
The bigger layoffs take longer to plan. Just watch the stress on Ray's face.....
There will be no exceptions. Previous TB buyouts show sometimes it's after 3 months or so that layoffs happen. So except something to happen any day now
