KPMG Acquires Zanett Commercial Solutions to Expand Technology Capabilities
KPMG LLP, a global accounting, tax, and advisory firm, has acquired Zanett Commercial Solutions, a business and technology consulting firm. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition will broaden KPMG's technology-enablement solutions, which help clients improve performance, maximize revenue, and manage risk as they transform their business. Zanett Commercial Solutions is an Oracle Platinum Partner with strong solutions across the Oracle platform, and deep experience in healthcare, state and local government, manufacturing, and other industries.
"This acquisition is a strategic move that will allow us to deliver leading healthcare technology solutions to enhance patient care and outcomes," said John Veit, KPMG's U.S. managing partner for consulting. "Zanett Commercial Solutions' deep expertise in Oracle technology and healthcare will be a valuable addition to our team."
Founded in 1992, Zanett Commercial Solutions is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, with offices in Jacksonville, Florida, and Indianapolis, Indiana. The company has over 200 employees.

The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2014.
