It's not just the low end performers that are going. Unfortunately, its NOT the only criteria used for layoffs.

Who is the final decision maker when it comes to who will be let go from the team? is it your direct manager, the regional manager or HR?

LOL like any of y'all know whats coming or when. They asked for lists of potential cuts almost two months ago now. This is just wild assed guesses from low level employees
