RBC is set to eliminate thousands of low performing employee's across the organization before October 31, 2023 in order to reduce expenses.

This would mean that all of the management excr-ment would be removed.
It's not just the low end performers that are going. Unfortunately, its NOT the only criteria used for layoffs.
Who is the final decision maker when it comes to who will be let go from the team? is it your direct manager, the regional manager or HR?
LOL like any of y'all know whats coming or when. They asked for lists of potential cuts almost two months ago now. This is just wild assed guesses from low level employees

All jobs with low performing employee's. The goal is to get rid of low performing employee's across all jobs.

My position was eliminated at the end of May…was told there’s another round of about 20% coming
