I started during covid and thought it was amazing BUT I WAS SO WRONG. First 2 years i noticed there was so much turnover more than all the large companies I worked at. During year 3 I realized the firings were because if stack and forced rankings. People getting fired and those who fled. This place is a regulatory nightmare and will eventually get seized by regulators like First Republic, Signature Bank, Silicon Valley Bank. Just watch.
