The culture enable horrible leaders to continue to treat employees horribly. Cussed out and asked to move numbers around to tell a lie are daily tasks in this culture. This is where careers go to die out.
Stop allowing leaders to cuss employees out and then say it’s ok because the leader’s knowledge is more important than the employee’s experience.
