Anyone over 50 is swept out usually Sept October and February and under the guise of restructuring. The new people only want followers who have no retail prowess. To be an independent thinker is a detriment. Strategy strategy always saying they’re customer centric, yet those in charge seem to ignore that the customer has 50-60% of pay to housing cost and 30-35% tax. They don’t know what it is like to struggle and many of them do not shop for themselves. Greed is their core values and it is survival of the snakes.
