It’s not only SolarEdge. Other green energy companies have been cutting jobs for the past couple of months. I can understand the contraction given the high interest rates and all, but they can not make excuses on the account of diminishing demand. If anything, demand for green energy products is there. So, what’s the catch?
All this is definitely a setback for engineers working in the area of transformative and future technologies. Not a time to have time gaps in projects, research and innovation.
