As UB’S compensation of 9.1M is 89% bonus all the compassion an empathy he talked about at the start of his tenure is gone . and the true cut throat nature of being paid mostly by bonus laid bare.
Eventually he will move on leaving the rest of us to pick up the pieces and try to get the company ethos back to how it was . Back when DB was CEO . Part of me thinks they might even sell off the MS part . To get back to being LC company
