Venkat is the creative force behind the One True platform that will modernize and unite all the disparate technical strategies flying around at TU, also it will usher in the age of AI for TU customers. This proves that Venkat thinks like a customer, and takes ownership, and is not afraid to speak up. Of course he got paid the big dollars.
You should take note, and maybe someday you too will be able to orchestrate mass layoffs and bring in the big bucks.
Yes I bet Venkat was whispering sweet pillow talk into Chris Carts ear about how great "One True" is going to be, and how he will be able to fire a bunch of staff because of it.
