Susan is a joke and the entire company knows it and laughs at her. You can tell when shes lying. Her lips move.
She’s the exact definition of ‘The Peter Principle.’ She’s risen to a certain level of incompetence.
Susan should be let go. Ever since her hire she’s caused nothing but distrust and confusion. She sits on the board of some education company and her Walmart connection to Venkat and the other guy is suspect. She should be investigated for promoting bad faith within TU. She’s not without fault in the TU downfall. There was a joke when she was hired about TU becoming the Walmart of bureaus. Hmm.
Saw the breakdown by region from my manager. Should be shared broadly.
Hopefully Susans role will be transitioned to a more cost-effective roll in the GCC so she doesn't have to be a cheerleader for the sad polices TU is implementing.
It’s been proven Susan manipulates the results. Never take a TU survey until this clown car of leaders leaves.
How did you see the breakdown by region? Guessing you’re a manager who gets the extra data that others don’t see?
The results for the US, Canada, and the UK are abysmal. Saw the breakouts by region. It is pretty bad, as expected. Am sure leadership will say ‘Well, we expected this’ and move on like nothing happened. The ship is sinking, get off while you can.

Funny how they didn’t comment how nobody wants to come in the office and many have just ignored it and no discipline has taken place.
I think they don’t want to call attention to the fact they have no plan if we just refuse to come in. Long live the rebellion!
