Thread regarding Digital River Inc. layoffs

No Payment for Software Resellers

Seems DR no longer pays its software partners. Since July we have been waiting for our money for the products that DR has been selling to our customers. No response from support, no reaction in any way...

A modern Kafka novel...
"Please Mr Kasoff can I have the $200 you owe me?"
"Thanks for asking, that just cost you $100"

"Sorry, you spent it all, I don't owe you anything."

Digital River collected payments but don't pay to software vendor. It's a scam, not a business failure. Management has to be arrested.

Unfortunately true. No payment seen for Juli, August, September. Big loss in image for needing transfer subscriptions to new vendor. No reaction nor transparency from DR. Still pretending they are sorting things out, asking for documents, etc. As far as we can say, all vendors are affected, no exceptions.

I confirm, they postponed the July payment with the excuse of a clause in the contract in the meantime they collected the August and September sales and now they no longer respond to the reminders, obviously we have a legal case underway given that the amount they owe us is around 300K

Treasurer skewing balance sheet. This needs to be looked into for ethics violations

Yes, that's true. Seems to be bankrupt. No support for long-standing clients, no answers. Just withholding our revenues from the last three months.
