View Operating Corporation, or View, sent an official WARN notice to the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development Monday, informing them of their laying off 147 employees, 69 of whom are Tennesseans.
The company notified the state on Monday, however the layoff took effect on the previous Thursday, October 3. The WARN notice said the employees at the facility were not represented by a collective bargaining agreement and did not have bumping rights.
