They overhired in pursuit of profits. Now they are throwing us out and around so extra profit would not suffer. Just in case, they are throwing away the most experienced, skilled and competent, because they are expensive. Profit is the god almighty, and human beings are as important as an office chair. The economy is meant to serve the society, not the other way around.

Actually it’s McLarens not Maseratis…But then again I can’t tell the difference between a Honda or a Hyundai so no offense taken.

Agree ! all my team worldwide is fired including me in Europe I am sure . All skilled and highly performers , just cost cutting
Our full team is impacted worldwide , was an horrible and painful process going region by region starting from APAC ending by US . One of the most terrible day after 25 years spent at this company . They do not care about people at all , all they want is more Maserati cars for the family
