Cargill Culture - The Truth

Corporate culture? You mean that magical fairy dust they sprinkle over the office to make you forget you're a cog in a profit-making machine? They'll throw around words like 'family' and 'community', but what they really mean is 'work until you're emotionally drained for the glory of our quarterly earnings.' It's all just a sham to trick you into loving your own exploitation. Congrats Cargill for mastering the art of corporate gaslighting!

Don´t forget: People´s first (people of Cargill family, of course)

Cargill did put people first, they put the Cargill family first. The billionaires didn't get a fat enough dividend check last time.

I learned some life lessons this week.
